Hi all,
I have been finishing off my quilt for the Little Quilt Swap this week.
I have called it "Ric Rac and Pansies". The reasons for the name are probably pretty obvious, the pansy block centres and the ric rac in the seams.
Fete update - I have 13 aprons finished. Do you think I should make more? I'm really in the dark here about what sells, how many and how much to charge - have you got any ideas?
Here is a pic of what the finished aprons are like, I'd say they would fit a 4 year old up to 8 or 10 years. TP is 4 and I had to fold the waist a bit, but otherwise I'm quite happy with them.
I am going to go work on some pot holders now, while BW is napping!
Be happy,
Jess

Love the swap quilt (I like anything with Pansies) and your machine quilting looks very professional. Gosh, you've made 13 aprons. That's quite an achievement. If I make stuff to sell, I usually calculate what the cost of the material was and then double it. Is it for charity? Maybe then you could add a bit more. Good luck. Cheers Vreni
Jess the quilt is so pretty.
Have you thought of making some bunting. That always seems to sell well
