Midnight at the Oasis

Hi everyone,

The Midnight at the Oasis QAL is coming to an end so I thought I would do a progress update.

Last night I finished the appliqué border, yay! Now I need to find another appliqué WIP that I can work on at night while we watch our episode of Star Trek.

I have started piecing the churn dash blocks for the next border. I have 10 made, 10 half made and the rest are prep'd ready to go.

I plan to keep working away on this one, I love how each border changes to look of the quilt!

Bye for now, Jess :)

I really love your version of Midnight at the Oasis. It's going to be a stunning quilt. How big is it when it's finished?

looking lovely. Your applique looks perfect.

I think that is a clean sweep on links up that haven't finished MATO. It is some a gorgeous quilt pattern but time consuming.

Fantastic quilt, what a great design and gorgeous fabrics! Definitely not a project to take on lightly, lots of piecing and applique, but will be stunning when finished.
